Now back in Los Angeles, the actress was in the French capital when news broke about Kim Kardashian’s robbery in Paris. Armed men forced their way into Kim’s hotel, tied her up and placed the reality star in the bathtub as they stole jewelry worth $10 million. Kim was said to have begged for her life during the incident and is now thankfully safe. She has since returned back to New York to be with friends and family after giving French police a statement.
Thankful for her own safety, Jennifer was stopped by reporters as she also arrived back from Paris and she commented on the horrific ordeal that Kim has just been through. Jennifer said she “felt very bad” for Kim and is glad she is now alright and wasn’t harmed during the incident.
Jennifer joked that she left all of her money behind in Paris and will have to play some more poker so she can win some more money to spend. She added that when she heard about Kim’s robbery she was scared but didn’t believe she would be a target: “I was a little frightened, but I don’t have anything for them to steal. I’m not nearly as high profile as Kim.”
