Tyra Banks Sued For $3 Million Over Teen Sex Addiction Show

Tyra Banks

Tyra Banks is being sued for $3 million by Beverly McClendon after she says her 15-year-old daughter appeared on Tyra’s daytime talk show without her permission.

The 15-year-old girl in question reportedly answered an online casting call looking for teen sex addicts to talk about their problems on the air. Tyra producers later flew her from Georgia to New York and provided hotel lodgings — all without McClendon’s necessary consent — the lawsuit claims.

In the suit, filed in federal court Oct. 8, McClendon frets that the episode “was undoubtedly watched by sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles alike,” and violated her daughter’s privacy.

She’d also like to prevent future airings of the controversial episode.

What I want to know is how did this 15-year-old get out of the house for that long to do the show.  Did her mom not notice she was gone for a few days??
